A Robotic Movie: M3GAN Watch A Killer Doll Trailer

0
M3GAN Movie-

Finally released is the trailer for Akela Cooper’s next horror film M3GAN. Allison Williams plays Gemma in “M3GAN,” a roboticist at a toy manufacturer who creates the doll’s artificial intelligence. She recently took on the responsibility of looking after her 8-year-old niece Katie (Violet McGraw), whose parents, based on the trailer, appeared to have perished in a car accident. Gemma is committed to doing everything in her power to help her niece feel comfortable. Watch Terrifying M3GAN Trailer below

M3GAN Movie Cast

Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Jenna Davis as the voice of M3GAN, Amie Donald as M3GAN, Ronny Chieng, Brian Jordan Alvarez, Jen Van Epps, Lori Dungey, and Stephane Garneau-Monten are among the actors who play supporting roles. On January 13, 2023, M3GAN will be launched exclusively in theatres. It’s Nice to Have a Friend by Taylor Swift serves as the soundtrack for the trailer.

Who created M3GAN?

Gemma feels completely unprepared to become a parent. She is heard admitting in the teaser that she doesn’t even tend to her own plants. She has also been under strain at work as she creates M3GAN, a lifelike doll that is meant to be both a child’s best friend and a parent’s best ally. As she develops into the child she is attached to’s companion, teacher, playmate, and protector, M3GAN is able to observe, listen, and learn. She was created to be the ideal toy to prevent a youngster from ever experiencing loneliness or melancholy. It probably goes without saying that any and all homicidal rampages were not intended to occur. One day, Gemma makes the decision to connect Cady with her current prototype in order to tackle both issues. Things appear positive at first. They interact by playing, dancing, high-fiving, and “building emotional bonds that are too difficult to unravel.” Gemma even claims that M3GAN is now a member of the family at one point.

Does M3GAN hurt Katie?

When Gemma makes Gemma eat the veggie toppings on her pizza, things go awry. According to M3GAN, research shows that making a youngster eat healthier foods makes them less likely to continue eating such foods as an adult. In response, Gemma turns the android off, something M3GAN doesn’t appear to like. She is then seen saying, “I thought we were having a conversation,” to Gemma in a voice that is obviously enraged.

The doll then appears to be taking her mission of shielding Katie from harm—both physical and emotional—a little too seriously. After pushing what appears to be a bully in front of a moving car, she declares, “I won’t let anything damage you.” The odd way M3GAN is depicted pursuing humans will undoubtedly cause horror moviegoers to think of Gabriel (Ray Chase) from Malignant, a James Wan horror film Cooper also co-wrote.

Watch M3GAN Trailer below

Wan collaborate with Jason Blum as a producer on the movie. Along with Cooper, they also came up with the story. Allison Williams, Mark Katchur, Ryan Turek, Michael Clear, Judson Scott, Adam Hendricks, and Greg Gilreath are M3GAN’s executive producers. The Atomic Monster movie will be shown by Blumhouse, Universal Pictures, and Divide/Conquer in collaboration.

Black Adam: Is he Hero or Villain? What Are the Powers of Black Adam?

0
black adam trailer-

On October 21, Black Adam will finally appear on television after over 80 years since his debut in comic books. He will be portrayed by none other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, whose casting was ultimately revealed in 2014 after years of speculation. It was originally planned for Black Adam to make his film debut in the 2019 “Shazam!” film, but DC announced in January 2017 that he would instead be getting a solo movie, which only fueled fans’ anticipation for the character’s long-awaited entry into the DC cinematic universe.

The “Black Adam” movie has previously been teased in a number of trailers and teaser videos. The Justice Society of America will face Black Adam in the film, according to the second teaser, which was released on September 8. If you’re not aware with Black Adam’s comic book history, you might be doubting whether the character is truly a villain. Let’s explain why the answer is very complicated.

Black Adam: Who Is He?

In the comic books, Black Adam is an ancient Egyptian by the name of Teth-Adam was born in the African nation of Kahndaq. He grew up in an impoverished slave family and was frequently beaten by the leaders of the country, who also sent him to work in the mines. Adam hated his leaders because of the injustices that afflicted him, yet he was always full of courage and bravery to handle situations that called for it. After some time, Adam wed Shiruta, who later gave birth to a son named Hurut. Despite Hurut’s efforts to make their world safer, Adam instilled in his kid a sense of risk from a young age.

He receives magical abilities from a wizard by the name of Shazam with the intention of using them to battle evil. Instead, Black Adam is overcome by his abilities and kills Shazam. Black Adam spends the next 5000 years going back to Earth after being exiled to a faraway star as punishment for his treachery. When he comes back, he discovers that Shazam has selected other successors, notably Billy Batson (as seen in “Shazam!”), who turns out to be his constant foe.

The “Black Adam” teaser, on the other hand, suggests that the character may have a different backstory. In the movie version, Black Adam is born a slave and put to death, but he has revived thanks to his son giving up his life to save that of his father. Black Adam makes a comeback with unique talents that he refers to as a “curse.” Black Adam appears to have conflicted sentiments regarding his skills in the movie, in contrast to the comic books where he revels in his newly discovered powers.

What Are the Powers of Black Adam?

To transform into Black Adam and summon the power of the six Egyptian gods, Teth-Adam must utter the word “Shazam.” He gains endurance from Shu, quickness from Heru, strength from Amon, intelligence from Zehuti, strength from Aton, and bravery from Mehen. In case you missed it, the gods’ names all spell out Shazam.

Black Adam: Hero or Villain?

In DC comics, Black Adam has alternated between villain and hero roles; however, the film looks to be recasting him as more of an antihero. In the trailers, the Justice Society of America member Hawkman addresses Black Adam as, “There are both heroes and criminals in our planet. Heroes don’t commit murder.” Then, Black Adam says, “Well, I do,” Johnson has referred to the character as an antihero on social media, despite the fact that it is simple to categorize him as a villain.

The second “Black Adam” trailer’s YouTube description also includes the phrase “There are heroes, there are villains, and there is Black Adam,” which alludes to the fact that the protagonist is more antihero than the hero, lacking in heroic traits. This might hint that Black Adam will make some dubious choices in the movie. Although it’s very possible that DC will formally designate Black Adam as a villain by the end of the film, it appears that he is only an antihero right now.

Is Shantaram Based on a True Story? Explained

Is Shantaram Based on a True Story

Is Shantaram Based on a True Story? Let’s find out. – Shantaram, a 936-page epic novel by Gregory David Roberts, is one of the most recent books to transition from print to screen. Charlie Hunnam will appear in the drama series for Apple TV+ under the same name. Shantaram chronicles the exploits of Lin Ford, an Australian who, in the 1980s, escaped from a high security prison and fled to Bombay. There, he worked as a forger and smuggler for the Bombay mafia, a fake doctor, and a gunrunner in Afghanistan before being apprehended.

Renamed Shantaram, which means “man of peace,” Lin is more of a lover than a combatant and is as brave as he is a crook. He adores Bombay’s impoverished yet resilient residents, notably Prabakar, his former tour guide and closest friend. When a fire breaks out in a slum, Lin treats the injured using his knowledge of basic medicine while asking crime boss Khader (Alexander Siddig) for supplies from the black market. In addition, he develops a passionate love for Karla (Antonia Desplat), a stunning woman who pushes him farther into the underworld despite his hopes of independence.

Is Shantaram Based on a Real Story

Is the Story of Shantaram True?

“Shantaram” is inspired by a real-life event in part. Shantaram tells the tale of “Lindsay Ford,” a convicted armed robber who escapes jail in Victoria, Australia, and goes on the run. Lin is most often known as Lin, but his real name is Gregory David Roberts. He ends up in Bombay, India, using a phoney passport, and he chooses to remain there in order to evade capture.

He makes an effort to start over there and eventually finds himself in the village of Sunder, from where he get his name Shantaram (Man of God’s Peace). Lin begins to establish a free medical clinic in the slum he ends up residing in after being robbed and left without anything. As a result, he integrates himself into the neighbourhood.

He works as an supporting actor in Bollywood films throughout his time in Mumbai, falls in love, and then is eventually drawn into the criminal underbelly.

As his life continues to spiral out of control, the book details his maltreatment inside the Indian jail system, his relationships with black-market companies, and even his interactions with liberation fighters.

As you might expect, this results in a novel that is action-packed, frequently deals with perilous plot points, and includes dozens of characters, many of whom, as author Roberts reiterated, are entirely made up.

He hasn’t hidden the fact that the novel is a wild extrapolation of his own experiences; some of the cast members are actual, and in some cases, multiple real people have been combined into one protagonist.

For the sequel’s official website, he said of Shantaram and The Mountain Shadow, “Some memories from my life are recounted pretty much as they happened, while others are created narratives, shaped by my experience.” In order to explore the subjects that intrigued me while keeping the story current by tying it to some of my real-life experiences, “I planned to write two or three novels based on some basic elements from my life.

However, numerous Indians he met while visiting the nation have the opinion that several of the characters were at least partially inspired by them. Some of the assertions Roberts made in the book regarding his time with the family have been refuted by the relatives of Prabhakar Kisan Khare, the taxi driver who became his buddy and eventually drove him to his hometown. They have, however, recognized their friendship with him from the time he lived in Mumbai.

Other elements, which are difficult to verify due to their illegal and flamboyant nature, should be considered as fiction.

How much of Shantaram’s Story is True?

Roberts has a troubled criminal history that dates back to his time in his native Australia. Roberts taught philosophy at Melbourne University during the 1970s (he was also known by his birth name, Gregory John Peter Smith).

However, Roberts allegedly acquired a heroin addiction that he couldn’t support after his marriage crumbled and he lost custody of his daughter, according to an interview with BBC’s HardTalk Extra.

He went to armed robbery to support his new habit, holding up building societies with substantial insurance coverage so that he would essentially be robbing solely from the wealthy. Newspaper clippings from The Age in Australia referred to him as the “building society bandit.”

He received a 19-year prison sentence in 1978 after being found guilty of a string of armed robberies, but he was able to escape after just two years in Victoria’s Pentridge Prison.

The Age claims that he just hopped the front wall with another prisoner and went unnoticed for 2.5 hours. He escaped to India with a fake passport and stayed there from 1981 to 1987 while travelling to Europe.

He spent six months of his stay there living in a slum and providing a temporary medical facility for cholera patients. Later, he was hired to trade in fraudulent passports.

He was finally apprehended in 1990 at the Frankfurt, Germany border after eluding Australian authorities for more than a decade. He was one of Australia’s most wanted fugitives at the time of his capture. He spent two years in solitary confinement after being extradited back to his country, during which time he started writing Shantaram.

In an interview with FirstPost, he said, “[Solitary] allowed me the time I needed to finally comprehend that most of the suffering and embarrassment in my life was a beast of my own making, and that the buck started and stopped with me and my own responsibilities.” Because I was now prepared to see it as way, “solitary confinement was a gift.”

He was released from prison in 1996, and the semi-autobiographical 933-page book was eventually published in 2003.

The love interest Karla, who was entirely made up, is one of the phoney elements. Roberts has stated in multiple interviews that he considers it flattering that so many people believe she is real.

On Friday, the first three episodes of Shantaram’s Apple TV+ debut. Thereafter, new episodes will be released every week.

The Nun 2 will See Taissa Farmiga Return As Sister Irene

Warner Bros. Pictures presented The Nun on September 7, 2018, in the US. While praising the performances and setting, many faulted the film’s weak plot and illogical reasoning. It became the series’ highest-grossing movie with a global take of $365 million. The Nun 2, which is being directed by Michael Chaves and co-produced by James Wan and Peter Safran, is now in production. As Sister Irene, Taissa Farmiga is coming back for New Line’s The Nun 2. She joins previously announced Storm Reid in the follow-up to The Nun from 2018.

Anna Popplewell and Katelyn Rose Downey Join “The Nun 2”

With Cynthia Nixon and Carrie Coon, Farmiga is currently filming season two of Julian Fellowes’ HBO series The Gilded Age. She last appeared in Pascual Sisto’s Sundance 2021-premiered film John and the Hole. Farmiga played in Ryan Murphy’s FX series American Horror Story as well as the New Group’s production of Buried Child, which won Sam Shepard the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

Darrell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste She Taught Love, a romantic comedy starring Britt-Gibson and Taissa Farmiga, will be helmed by Nate Edwards from a script by Britt-Gibson. Despite the fact that Taissa Farmiga and Vera Farmiga, who plays Lorraine Warren in the Conjuring franchise, are sisters, their roles are unconnected. The movie NUN 2 will debut on September 8, 2023.

The screenplay was written by Akela Cooper, with recent edits made by Ian Goldberg and Richard Naing. Peter Safran and James Wan of The Safran Company will produce the film. All eight instalments of The Conjuring franchise were produced by Wan and Safran.

The Nun 2018 ($365.5M), The Conjuring 2 ($322M WW), The Conjuring ($320M WW), and Annabelle: Creation ($307M WW) are the four Conjuring films that have made the most money globally, placing them in the top 10 horror films of all time. The other three are also in the top thirty.

Which Marvel villains will appear in the upcoming film, Armor Wars?

Which Marvel villains will appear in the upcoming film, Armor Wars?

Particularly now that they’ve started choosing television episodes or stand-alone specials to bring some legendary storylines to life, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is still evolving in some exciting ways. Armor Wars, an adaptation of the same-named Iron Man comic arc, was one of the earliest ideas touted as a Disney+ television series. However, as was revealed this week, it’s getting a little bit of a remix.

Marvel’s “Armor Wars,” which was initially intended to be a TV series for Disney+, is now being produced as a feature film. Don Cheadle will play War Machine’s alter ego James “Rhodey” Rhodes in “Armor Wars,” reprising his MCU role. The project is based on the seven-issue Iron Man narrative arc in Marvel Comics of the same name, and it follows Rhodes as he must deal with what occurs when Tony Stark’s technology is misused. The “Armor Wars” comics were created by Mark D. Bright and Barry Windsor-Smith in 1987 and 1988 and were written by David Michelinie and Bob Layton. The project will continue to be written by Yassir Lester, who was initially slated to serve as the series’ lead author.

Since Armor Wars was first approved, there have been many unanswered questions, which raises the question of what potential effects the movie may have on the MCU as a whole now that it is going to be released on the big screen. What Marvel villains could possibly appear in particular, especially given how the original “Armor Wars” are portrayed in the comics? Here are some potential options.

Jeremy Hammer

One fan favorite has been on fans’ thoughts as more and more supporting characters have made appearances in more recent MCU projects: Sam Rockwell’s Justin Hammer, who last made an appearance in Iron Man 3. Hammer is one of the key reasons Tony Stark’s technology ends up in the wrong hands in the comics, and whether or not that happens, Armor Wars still seems like a no-brainer method for him to return. There has already been some demand to see Hammer in Thunderbolts.

Dr. Doomed

Of course, Doctor Doom—whom Tony originally suspects of stealing his technology—is one of the most well-known characters to appear in the “Armor Wars” comic. Although it doesn’t turn out that way, he participates in the adaptation of the storyline in Iron Man: Armored Adventures and has previously engaged Tony in combat. Doom’s impending appearance in the MCU is the subject of numerous theories, and a recently made Armor Wars movie would be one of the most unusual settings for him to show up.

Spymaster

Spymaster, who stole Tony’s invention and sold it to Hammer, was another instigating factor in that occurrence. Spymaster is a master of industrial espionage who hasn’t made his MCU debut yet, but he’d be a great addition to help flesh out the world of the series and the other hints at the black market that we’ve seen in films like Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Firepower

The character Firepower, created by Tony’s adversary Edwin Cord in an effort to build a new armoured supersoldier, does wind up being connected to the events of “Armor Wars.” The Firepower project was refocused to try to completely stop Iron Man after Tony’s technology started to spread around the world. This battle has the potential to play out in an epic way in the film. Plus, a live-action adaptation of that original armour would be fascinating.

Avenging Angel

Frank Castle’s connection to the Iron Man mythos may be recent, but it is significant because he was given the War Machine armour after the events of Secret Empire. For a while, Frank wears the mantle—albeit with his own vicious twist—before giving it back to Rhodey after his resurrection. Similar to Doctor Doom, there are a tonne of theories about when and how Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle could legitimately emerge in the MCU. If he did, it would undoubtedly lead to a unique dilemma for Rhodey in the movie.

Stilt-Man

Stilt-Man, one of the strangest (and probably greatest) names associated with “Armor Wars,” is a Daredevil villain who originally wore a metal outfit with stilts that allowed him to adjust his height to absurdly high levels. Due to his aesthetic silliness, the character has become into a bit of a fan favourite. He also recently encountered Tony in the current Iron Man run. Stilt-Man is one of the most memorable ways to illustrate the potential effects of Tony’s technology on other costumed weirdos.

The decision to have Daniel compete on DWTS makes him only the show’s second deaf contestant in its entire history. Find out more information about this up-and-coming star.

  Daniel Durant is deaf.

“I’m fully deaf. I can’t hear anything at all but I love feeling the vibration through my body,” he explained on the Kelly Clarkson Show, while promoting CODA. Using American Sign Language, he said he learned to listen to music as a child on long car rides traveling for his soccer games. “Sometimes I’d ask my mom, ‘Can you turn it up so I can feel the bass?’ And my mom was like, ‘Yeah,’ but we struggled to hear it. So my mom went ahead and bought a new sound system, and I loved it. You could feel the bass. It was so strong. The windows were shaking. It felt so good.”

On one occasion, he waited in the car while his mother went shopping. He turned on the new sound system and got up to dance while seated. “I was smitten. The car shook, and I could feel it. I was enjoying myself so much “said he. A passing stranger rolled down his window to observe him.

Daniel grew up in Minnesota. According to his official biography, Daniel was born in Detroit, Michigan, even though he spent the majority of his childhood in Duluth, Minnesota. He was born on December 24, 1989, in Detroit, Michigan. He has been deaf since he was a baby. His parents also had trouble hearing and were addicted to drugs. Daniel was taken in by his dad’s aunt Lori Durant and then by Lori’s wife, Mary Engels, when he was very young. The “Dancing with the Stars” star grew up in Duluth, Minnesota, and went to regular schools when she was younger.

Beginning in the eighth grade, he received his education at the Minnesota State School for the Deaf. After graduating high school, he attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York and Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. He makes his home in Los Angeles at the moment. Durant is a champion for the deaf community and has been encouraged by his colleagues’ supportive comments.

Daniel first gained notoriety for his role in CODA. Marlee Matlin, a former cast member of Dancing With the Stars, co-starred with Daniel in the Apple TV+ original movie as Leo Rossi. At the Academy Awards in 2022, this movie took home the statues for Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor.  Britt Stewart will be Daniel’s partner this round. During the 31st season, Daniel and Britt Stewart will dance together. Their team is called “Team Sign to Shine,” after their team name. Before joining Johnny Weir and Martin Kove, Britt danced with both of them. In addition to that, Daniel is an actor on the stage. In the year 2021, Daniel made his debut on stage in a performance of Cyrano. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Moritz Stiefel in the Spring Awakening revival that took place on Broadway in 2015.

As of this writing, Daniel doesn’t seem to be dating anyone and seems to be focusing on his career in the entertainment world. The actor has kept his personal life pretty quiet, and he hasn’t said much about who he dates or how often. Fans of the Minnesota-born actor can’t wait to see more of him in new projects. We hope for the best for him and wish him a bright future.

Why Killing Eve Star, Sandra Oh Was One of the Celebrities in Attendance at the Queen’s Funeral

Why Killing Eve Star, Sandra Oh Was One of the Celebrities in Attendance at the Queen's Funeral

On September 19, thousands of people gathered in London’s streets to pay their respects to Queen Elizabeth II. Numerous well-known people could be seen in the sombre audience, including Sandra Oh from “Grey’s Anatomy,” who walked behind the queen’s coffin as it was taken from Westminster Abbey to St. George’s Chapel in Windsor for a committal service. The internet was taken aback by Oh’s attendance at the funeral, which was attended by members of the royal family and foreign leaders, but the “Princess Diaries” star had excellent cause to obtain an invitation.

In June of this year, the 51-year-old Canadian-American actress was made an officer in the Order of Canada. Sir Patrick Vallance and Dame Kiri Te Kanawa were also present during the Westminster Abbey liturgy.

The Order of Canada “celebrates people’s lives, endeavours, and triumphs from all walks of life” from coast to coast. Sandra Oh, a dual citizen of Canada and the US, was named an officer of the Order of Canada in June, which is the second-highest civilian accolade in Canada’s honours system. According to Governor-General Mary Simon‘s official statement, Oh got the title “for her artistic career replete with noteworthy stage, television, and cinema appearances in Canada and abroad.” Oh joins more than 7,600 other members of the Order across Canada as an inductee.

In order to recognise individuals “whose service moulds our society, whose ideas inspire our imaginations, and whose compassion unifies our communities,” Queen Elizabeth II established the Order of Canada in 1967. The Order of Canada “celebrates the lives, endeavours and triumphs of citizens from coast to coast and from all walks of life,” according to the General Governor. She goes on, “Today’s appointments represent a diversity of industries, have excelled on a national and worldwide scale, and have demonstrated creativity, innovation, and philanthropy. Additionally, through their extraordinary dedication and commitment, they have improved their communities and Canada. Congratulations to those who have been appointed to the Order of Canada and to those who have received promotions within the Order.”

After being appointed the youngest Chief Scout of the UK and Overseas Territories at age 35 in 2009 and beginning his second term in the job in 2015, “Running Wild” host Bear Grylls also attended the burial of Queen Elizabeth II. Former British Prime Ministers Gordon Brown and Tony Blair, First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon, President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau were also in attendance.

Others in attendance included Queen Letizia of Spain, King Felipe VI of Spain, Queen Rania of Jordan, and King Abdullah II of Jordan, Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese and his partner Jodie Haydon, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene of Monaco, President of Israel Isaac Herzog, Emperor of Japan Naruhito and Empress Masako, and Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern and Clarke Gayford.

Among those present were King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway, King Harald and Queen Sonja of Italy, Queen Margrethe II and Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, Princess Beatrix and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil and his wife Michelle Bolsonaro, King Sergio Mattarella of Italy,  Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, , and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece.
