Magnolia Pictures has released the trailer for Lake George, a story with Shea Whigham and Carrie Coon that is both exciting and darkly funny. As directed by Jeffrey Reiner, the movie takes viewers on a wild ride through betrayal, unlikely friendships, and high-stakes heists. On Friday, December 6, 2024, the movie will come out.
Don is played by Shea Whigham. He is a former criminal who just got out of jail and wants to get money from mobster Armen (Glenn Fleshler). Don does not get money, but a task: kill Phyllis, played by Carrie Coon. However, the two develop an uncomfortable alliance when he is unable to carry out the hit. Phyllis proposes a risky counterplan—to rob the very mobsters who want her dead. Glenn Fleshler and Max Casella are also in the cast, giving the strange story more depth and danger.
