The third and most exciting episode of Found, shows how far Gabi (Shanola Hampton) will go to make sure Lacey (Gabrielle Walsh) gets home safely. As things get worse, Gabi is ready to give up her life by making an offer to Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) in exchange for Lacey’s freedom. But things take a shocking turn when Lacey, feeling strong from her experience, stabs Sir during their meeting.
The episode shows how Lacey is dealing with trauma and the chaos that follows her rescue. Trent (Brett Dalton) tells the press that Lacey is safe and sound, but the truth is much darker as she deals with emotional scars. The next episode, “Missing While Perfect,” will show Lacey trying to get back to normal after the bad things that happened. The psychological effects of being kidnapped will be a main theme, highlighting the need for healing as Lacey deals with her memories and emotional problems.
The M&A team is split up but they have to work quickly to help a 15-year-old boy find his missing parents. Sir’s ominous presence hangs over him as he starts to make plans for the future, a sign of possible problems and danger that are to come. Trent (Brett Dalton) is also put to the test when he has to make a big choice about his personal case that could affect the team and their quest for justice.
We can expect a mix of tension and emotional depth as we watch these characters deal with their past traumas and present problems. The episode looks like it will go into more detail about Lacey’s recovery and give the M&A team some new problems to solve.
The promo for Episode 4 shows how important the situation is right now— “Your secrets are going to fall apart.” We need to get things done quickly before Sir moves again.
