Is there going to be a Sonic Prime Season 3 on Netflix?

An animated television program called Sonic Prime was influenced by the well-known Sonic the Hedgehog video game series. The animated series features the well-known blue hedgehog in a brand-new story. It is the sixth animated television series based on the well-known Sonic franchise, demonstrating the character’s and his universe’s ongoing appeal.

On December 15, 2022, it made its Netflix debut with eight episodes., introducing fans to the thrilling world of “Sonic Prime” and its engrossing plot. The second season of “Sonic Prime” was released on July 13, 2023, following the popularity of the first. Eight episodes make up this season, which continues the gripping story and gives viewers more information about the Sonic universe.

After a run-in with Dr. Eggman in Sonic Prime Season 2, our hero was seen attempting to put his universe back together. The team set out in quest of the pieces after the Paradox Prism was broken in Season 1 so they could put it back together and return to their reality.

The highly anticipated release of eight fresh episodes of Sonic Prime on Netflix has left fans eagerly speculating about the whereabouts of Season 3. So, will there be a third season of Sonic Prime? This is what we do know.

Although Season 3 hasn’t been officially announced just yet, the show’s production company WildBrain Studios said that it has 24 episodes total, just 16 of which have been made public.

When will the third season of Sonic Prime be released?

The third season of Sonic Prime has not yet been given a release date, but given that 24 episodes have already been made, it is reasonable to anticipate that it will likely be available on Netflix shortly. For Season 3, it’s possible that Sonic Prime fans will have to wait until late 2023 or early 2024.
