Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 3 Recap
The third episode of Season 10 of Chicago Med was all about Dr. Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram), who is going through one of the hardest times of her life. Hannah hasn’t used drugs in years, but she is having a lot of problems at work and in her personal life that are making her feel like she will lose it.
Hannah’s mood swings started when she met a pregnant patient named Eloise. At first, Eloise didn’t trust Hannah. Because she had been treated badly by doctors in the past. Eloise sadly died on the operating table after giving birth, despite Hannah’s best efforts. Hannah was heartbroken. This loss, along with a fight with her boyfriend Mitch Ripley and stress from a new ED co-chief, Caitlin Lenox, who doesn’t think the department needs an OB/GYN, have made Hannah’s life very hard.
The loss of Eloise has been very hard on Hannah’s feelings. She feels bad that she wasn’t able to save her patient, especially since she got close to her and promised her that the surgery would go well. The stress in Hannah’s life and her guilt could make her give up, which is something she has worked so hard to avoid.
Hannah could lose her job and even her life if she gets hooked on drugs again. Now the question is: Will she be able to stay sober, or will the growing stress make her give up?
