LAYLA’S SOFT LAUNCH AND A HARD PASS ON CEREAL
The Halloween prep begins with Layla, Mikayla, and Jessi costume shopping. Layla subtly introduces her new boyfriend Cameron, a Mormon-raised soccer coach, while also debuting her new look — including recent cosmetic enhancements. There’s a sense he’s beginning to realize Jen’s side of things — her mental load, the scrutiny she faces — but any hope is short-lived. When he meets up with Jessi and Demi, the conversation turns back to how bad he looked during the Chippendale drama. JEN AND ZAC’S STALE MARRIAGE STALEMATE
Back at home, Zac reports to Jen about his conversation with Demi and Jessi. Jen’s not having it. She reflects on how she’s been made to feel crazy for defending Zac after his Las Vegas antics. They debate how much venting is too much when it comes to marriage — especially when it affects how your spouse is perceived. Jen wants clarity; Zac wants the drama to stop hurting his image. Instead of settling things privately, they agree to confront everyone together at the Halloween party.
MOMTOK DIVIDES: DANCING DADS VS. DUE DATES
In preparation for the party, Demi and Jessi fly in Jayson, a Chippendale dancer, to teach their husbands a routine. Their goal? Surprise Jen with a dance and watch Zac implode. Meanwhile, Whitney — very pregnant — is shopping for last-minute baby onesies. Her storyline is a stark contrast to the chaos. There’s quiet joy in her world, reminding us how different every MomTok path can be.
SHOWDOWN: JEN, ZAC, DEMI, AND JESSI
The main players gather to hash out the growing tension. Jen is upset that Demi and Jessi badmouth Zac — despite being the one who often calls him narcissistic. At last, the Halloween party. Costumes include Mean Girls tributes and matching J.Lo-Ben Affleck outfits. Zac is still defensive about not being related to Affleck, while Taylor arrives as Gretchen Wieners — ready to unleash some chaos.
Then Chase enters.
He immediately pulls Dakota aside and starts talking about his past with Taylor. He awkwardly praises her parents, admits to loving them, and laments that Taylor ruined his life by outing them as swingers. Taylor is not impressed and hits him back with her sharp tongue. A game of “truth for truth” begins — with Taylor taking no prisoners.
Chase’s arrival ignites old flames and new tensions. The party descends into yelling, confrontation, and a palpable power shift. Taylor, fearless and unfiltered, holds her ground.
