One of CBS’s hit drama shows Fire Country has been renewed for a third season and the fans are in for a thriller. The series which depicts a young convict working at a firefighting program in Northern California has remained interesting to viewers through drama and characters. Now, with Season 3 starting off, much more can be expected in the series.
Fire Country: Season 3, Episode 1 – “What the Bride Said”
The first episode entitled “What the Bride Said” will be as gripping, intense, and emotional as the previous episodes of Fire Country. This episode has been directed by Bill Purple and the script has been written by Tia Napolitano and this surely makes this episode one of the most interesting episodes in this series.
This movie is all about Gabriela and Diego’s ‘big day’, but things aren’t exactly going as planned when a helicopter crash interrupts the wedding. The team has to start the operation immediately to put off the fire that is increasing constantly and save the victims. This introduction effectively opens the season because the firefighters will have both personal and professional issues.
“What the Bride Said” Official Plot : In the midst of Gabriela and Diego’s wedding, a helicopter crash ignites chaos and the team immediately jumps into action to stop fires and help victims.
Further, as stated by Decider, Jared Padalecki of the television show Supernatural will be a special guest in this episode. This will no doubt attract many of Padalecki’s fans who are curious to see how his character will work with the existing team.
Fire Country Season 3 Premiere Date
Fire Country Season 3 is likely going to be back for the third season with Friday, October 18, 2024, at 9:00 p. m. ET on CBS as the original slot. In case the audience cannot watch it on the live stream, they can expect it on Paramount+ with Showtime, next day. Even the episode with Paramount+ Essential subscription will be available, as CBS continue to make their hit-shows available to a wider audience.

Not only are fans excited for the show Fire Country to come back, CBS is already ready to bring a spin-off show known as Sheriff Country in the upcoming 2025-2026 season. The spin-off will feature a new character Morena Baccarin, to help grow the universe of Fire Country.

Fire Country Season 1 was released on Netflix, but no information about Seasons 2 and 3 were shared by Netflix. CBS has sold the first season of the show to Netflix and because the show is enjoying considerable ratings success, subsequent seasons of the show may also end up on Netflix at some point in time. As for now Season 3 is set to air only on CBS and Paramount+.
